Security supervisor

Lead a team of officers across luxury retail sites, keeping standards high and clients informed.

Supervisors are the link between officers on site and the management team at 1 Mayfair Place.

What you will do

• Lead, brief and support officers across your sites
• Check presentation, standards and site procedures
• Act as the day-to-day contact for client store managers
• Cover shifts and respond to incidents
• Report to the area manager

What you will need

• A valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence
• Supervisory experience in luxury retail or hospitality security
• Excellent presentation and leadership
• The right to work in the UK and five years of checkable history for screening
