Discreet security for a five-star hotel. You protect guests and staff while keeping front-of-house standards high.
Hotel officers work alongside concierge and front-of-house teams. Guests should feel looked after, never watched.
What you will do
- Patrol public areas, back of house and guest floors
- Support the front desk and concierge team with access and arrivals
- Respond calmly to incidents and guest concerns
- Assist with VIP arrivals and private functions
- Keep clear, accurate records
What you will need
- A valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence
- Hospitality or hotel security experience preferred
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- The right to work in the UK and five years of checkable history for screening
