Luxury retail security officer

Front-of-house security in a fashion house boutique. You welcome clients, protect people and stock, and keep the boutique calm.

Luxury retail officers are often the first person a client meets. The role asks for the presence of a security professional and the manners of a host.

What you will do

• Welcome clients and staff at the boutique entrance
• Protect people, stock and the shop floor throughout trading hours
• Support VIP appointments and private shopping events
• Work closely with the store manager and the Vigilo supervisor
• Record and report incidents accurately

What you will need

• A valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence
• Experience in retail, hospitality or front-of-house security
• Excellent presentation and a calm, courteous manner
• The right to work in the UK and five years of checkable history for screening
