Customer service

Vigilo officers work in some of the world's most exclusive boutiques in Mayfair and Knightsbridge. Every officer is trained in customer service, so clients and their customers receive the luxury experience they expect.

Conflict resolution

Vigilo provides conflict resolution training for every officer. The training focuses on de-escalating situations and keeping a calm, professional setting for customers and clients.

VIGILO 360 Preserve

VIGILO 360 Preserve is Vigilo's own training, delivered by a former UK Special Forces paramedic. The course focuses on preserving life during a knife attack until the emergency services arrive.

Licensing

The right licence for the role.

Front-line security roles need a valid licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Each Vigilo role says which licence it needs, such as Security Guarding, Door Supervisor or Close Protection.
