Event security officer

Security for fashion shows, launches, pop-ups and VIP events. You manage guest flow and protect guests and talent.

Event officers work to a detailed plan, often at short notice and late into the evening, with presentation that matches the guest list.

What you will do

• Manage entrances, guest lists and guest flow
• Protect guests, talent and high-value items
• Follow the event security plan and briefings
• Work with organisers, venue staff and fellow officers
• Report incidents promptly and accurately

What you will need

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Event or door supervision experience
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• The right to work in the UK and five years of checkable history for screening
